As well as Event Planning Permission, longer term and larger scale event setups may require work with Local Authority Building Control Departments to ensure the structural safety of any structures (seating systems, temporary structures, stages and floors / gantries etc).
Entourage Live have worked extensively with Building Control Officers to ensure that all Building Control Applications are successfully and safely applied for and received. Entourage Live will handle all meetings, paperwork and onsite ‘inspections’ to ensure that equipment is procured, built and maintained. We can also provide event organisers with detailed event checklists (which we have developed over a series of events) to ensure that any changes to equipment is noted and dealt with before any untoward incident.
